The customer can choose between three transport methods:
All goods purchased from the online store will arrive at the parcel machine chosen by the customer within 1 to 7 working days. If the order is placed on a weekend or during a holiday, the goods will be delivered to the customer on the following working days. If the order is placed during the campaign period, the delivery of the order may take up to 9 working days.
Returning goods
Only unworn products in their original condition can be returned. The box is part of the product, so we always ask that returns be double-packaged. When returning the product, you have the option of using the same packaging bag you received the product in. If this packaging is no longer available, the product must still be packed in a cardboard box or plastic bag without damaging the original product packaging. The courier will add the necessary return information to the package.

Return if the item was ordered from a DPD parcel terminal: After picking up the DPD parcel, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code that you can use to return the parcel. Select “Send or return parcel” on the screen and then select “Enter PIN code”. After entering the PIN code, follow the instructions on the screen and stick the parcel label printed by the parcel terminal onto the parcel.
Return if the item was ordered to a Smartposti parcel machine:
A. If the package arrived at a blue parcel machine, the package can be returned free of charge using the same door code from any blue parcel machine across Estonia. If you want to return the package from a white parcel machine, then complete the return in the my.smartposti.ee self-service environment based on the shipment number (barcode). B. If the package arrived at a white parcel machine or parcel point, then go to the my.smartposti.ee self-service environment -> "Return" to complete the return, enter the parcel code (barcode) and select the parcel machine that is suitable for you for return.
Return if the item was ordered to an Omniva parcel machine:
You will receive a return code via text message when the item has arrived at the parcel machine, with this code you can return the product from the parcel machine. To return, you must take the package to the Omniva parcel machine and enter the return code received in the message.
It may take up to 30 days to process your return. Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you a confirmation that we have received your return. The confirmation will also include information about the refund. We will refund the money immediately to the same bank account from which the payment was originally made, but no later than within 14 days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Sometimes it can take a while for the money to reach your account. If there is no refund, please contact your bank as it can take time to process payments.
